PEI to vote on electoral reform in 2016

The Guardian reports on a White Paper on Democratic Renewal prepared by the government of Prince Edward Island that is proposing a referendum on electoral system changes, among other issues:

This would be the second referendum on electoral system reform in PEI in 10 years, with 63% voting in favour of keeping the first-past-the-post system in the last referendum.
